This probably the most meaningful gift I got for my girl friend. She loves itBeautiful, but like others have complained about these Once A Moon necklaces from Amazon, this did NOT come with the certificate of authenticity. I’m worried I bought a necklace full of dirt rather than moon dust...This was one of the primary reasons I bought it. I would suggest to the seller to change the description of the product to be more accurate or to rectify this by giving me a certificate of authenticity. This was a lot of money for me to spend on a necklace during a pandemic.I do not usually buy things that do not have a review. I probably won’t do it again after this experience.Girlfriend absolutely LOVED it! She couldn’t be happier!My wife loved this, until the dust fell out. I've sent 4 messages to the seller, with no response. Very disappointed with this purchase and the seller.I received a once upon a moon necklace for Christmas.. I'm hard to shop for, but I was sooo excited to get this. However, in July the glass cabochon fell out and I lost most of the moon dust. I am and still am so sad. I followed care instructions..looking at the price, this should last more than 7 months (seriously, I've had cheaper jewelry that I've owned for many years without any issues)I did contact customer service via email, which seems to be the best way to communicate with then, and they will be replacing my necklace.It is a nice,unique gift. Just wear gently.Item did not come with certificate of authenticity. Will change rating if problem is rectified.i recived my package but it didnt include the certificate of authentization as promised.Ordered this twice, came without certificate of authenticity both times.
