I collect rocks and minerals and can be a little picky about mystery boxes. From this, I received a very nice variety of stones, some of them rare and some completely new to me. Everything was individually bubble wrapped and labeled, so there was no need to guess which stone was what.I got the following: a small polished lapis lazuli, a polished shungite, a fluorite octahedron, a small amethyst cluster, a very hefty raw pyrite, a big chonk of Indonesian amber, a little aragonite cluster, a semi-polished carnelian, a large rough Moroccan barite on matrix, a mystery tower (possibly peach moonstone??), a little hiddenite specimen, a large Shoushan calcite tower, and a piece of 'Ispeming hematite,' which I'm not familiar with and can't find information on.The only piece I'd say I was less than impressed with was the shungite, which leaves a black residue on your fingers, indicating a low quality -- but everything else is great so I'm really not fussed. My favorite is probably the barite! I'll definitely be ordering again soon.
